Built for Two: What Design Systems Are Missing When AI Agents Become the Third User

AGNTCon + MCPCon Japan 2026 · The Linux Foundation · Tokyo · September 11, 2026

Design systems serve designers and engineers. AI coding agents now use them too. I shared what breaks when agents become the third user, and the workflow that fixes it: multi-author review, a navigable component index, and naming that accounts for how agents read a codebase. I presented to a room of 800+ people building in agentic AI.
